We will measure up the property and sketch the floor plans, take internal and external photographs. Back at the office, we’ll draft the property particulars and then send to you for approval. Once approved, the property particulars will be emailed to all our customers, launched to all our property portals and showcased in our LED window display. Meanwhile, our energy assessor will contact you to arrange an appointment to carry out the EPC (energy performance certificate).

At Village Properties, we prefer to show all buyers over your property wherever possible. Our sales team will arrange all viewings by appointment with you. You can either hand us a key or we’ll arrange suitable times for you to let us in. Once the viewings have taken place, we aim to be back in touch within 24 hours with feedback on the buyer’s final thoughts.
