The value of property is always hotly debated and is often the preoccupation of many of us Brit’s. But when it comes to moving home, the current social distancing requirements makes getting an understanding of how much your home is worth isn’t easy. With the concerns of many customers in mind, we recently launched a new Instant Online Valuation Service.
The initiative was as a result of the many customers calling to ask the question, ‘How much is my home worth?’. With the difficulties of actually visiting customers homes to provide a market valuation at the moment, we did some research, looking for a method of providing would-be home movers with an online research tool of their own.
