Established in 1980, Village Properties is a successful and prominent local independent estate agency specialising in the sale and letting of residential homes. Our sales office is conveniently located right in the heart of busy Tilehurst attracting much 'passing trade' and ensuring we always have an interesting and varied selection of homes to sell and an extensive list of prospective buyers looking specifically in the local area.

Village Properties primary coverage area is to the west of Reading between the M4 motorway to the south and the Great Western Railway line to the north. This area includes:

WEST READING (incorporating the Oxford Road, Tilehurst Road and Bath Road areas)
SOUTHCOTE
CALCOT (including Fords Farm, The Chase, The Orchard, Beansheaf Farm and Chantry Green)
PURLEY ON THAMES

In addition, we are occasionally requested to sell homes in outlying villages around Tilehurst, such as Sulham, Tidmarsh, Pangbourne, Whitchurch, Upper Basildon, Theale, Burghfield Common and Caversham.
